About the Project

Das Teilprojekt „Unternehmensgründung & Deutschland-Organisation“ bildet die organisatorische, rechtliche und administrative Grundlage für das Gesamtprojekt GERMANY AUTO HUB 2030 . Ziel ist der strukturierte Aufbau einer leistungsfähigen deutschen Unternehmensorganisation für ein global tätiges Automotive-Unternehmen, das langfristig Fahrzeuge und zugehörige Produkte in Deutschland entwickeln und produzieren möchte. Im Rahmen des Teilprojekts werden die erforderlichen gesellschaftsrechtlichen und administrativen Strukturen geschaffen und zentrale Unternehmensfunktionen für den deutschen Standort aufgebaut. Dazu gehören insbesondere Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance, Einkauf, Controlling, Human Resources, Datenschutz, Vertragsmanagement und Corporate Governance . Parallel wird eine Organisationsstruktur entwickelt, die zunächst die Standort-, Planungs- und Aufbauphase unterstützt und anschließend schrittweise auf die Anforderungen eines industriellen Produktionsunternehmens erweitert werden kann. Das Teilprojekt bildet damit die Corporate Foundation für sämtliche weiteren Teilprojekte des GERMANY AUTO HUB 2030.
